
Chef/Owner Joann DiMatteo established her culinary roots in the Cleveland restaurant scene,
cooking in the kitchens of the city's most popular eateries. A graduate of The Restaurant School
in Philadelphia, Joann also has extensive service industry experience that includes apprenticeships at
the Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia, the Hyatt Regency in Princeton, NJ and Felchlin Chocolate in Zurich.
For over 15 years, Joann has been bringing her culinary feasts to the tables of Greater Clevelanders'.
Her menu creations offer a flavorful melding of culinary styles and make her one of the busiest,
most sought after caterers in Cleveland today.
